Shipping Policy

Items that are pre-made (already listed on the site) will be shipped upon completion of payment processing. Custom made orders and backorders will typically be shipped within 3 days of completion of items depending onup size and number of items requested.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

Custom resin orders and memorial piece orders require a non-refundable 10% pre-payment to pay for the resin and associated materials required for the piece.

Due to the sanitary nature of jewelry, returns are not allowed.
